Once on the Sportabase Registration website, choose the club "Jenks" under Football and Cheerleading.  You must agree to all terms and may need to accept pop ups to continue.  You will be required to pay with a credit card at check-out.

Uniform fees will be paid at time of sizing at Midwest.  Please do not 'guess' at your childs size.  Once placed that is the size you will receive and they do not order many 'extras' for exchanges.  Late fees for uniforms are added on July 14th, so take care of this as soon as possible at Midwest Sporting Goods.

You may go to Midwest at any time to be sized, but there are two dates set aside for JTA sizing.  APRIL 16 & 30.  Set times TBA.  

**NOTE - A new rule has been put in place by the INFC.  If your son attends a school other than Jenks (even though lives in Jenks district) they are required to play for the club associated with that school.  In certain cases a release may be granted (for example, if your child have been playing for JTA for a few years already).  If you fall into this category please ask your childs school what club he needs to register with or contact Mike Patrick to inquire about a release.
